SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Name

United Drywall & Contracting Job Application SMS Program (the “Program”).

2. Program Description

United Drywall & Contracting, LLC (“UDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Program to provide informational text messages to job candidates who have applied for an open position with UDC and opted in to receive text messages regarding their job application or interview.

Candidates may opt in to text messaging during the job application process. Participation in the Program is intended solely for employment-related communications.

Messages may include application status updates, interview invitations and scheduling, reminders, and other information directly related to the candidate’s application. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this Program.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. UDC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier as a result of receiving SMS/text messages.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your application status and the hiring process. You may receive multiple messages during your application and interview process.

5. Opt-In and Opt-Out

Opt-In: You may opt in to receive text messages by checking the optional consent checkbox on the job application form. The checkbox will display the following language:

“I consent to be contacted over SMS/Text for this job. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive informational text messages. Message frequency will vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.”

Consent Is Optional: Consent to receive text messages is not required to apply for a position or to be considered for employment.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Message Flow

Candidates find an open position advertised by or on behalf of United Drywall & Contracting, LLC.

Candidates apply through UDC’s designated online job application form.

The application form includes an optional checkbox with the SMS consent language described in Section 5.

Candidates may check the box to opt in or leave it unchecked to opt out.

Only candidates who provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages will receive messages through the Program. Candidates who do not opt in will not receive text messages through this Program.
